Jenifer Keenan is the former Chair of Alston & Bird’s Consumer Product Safety & Regulatory Compliance Practice and spent over 20 years at several top law firms focusing on product safety issues and representing companies in product liability litigation. She is national CPSC counsel to some of the nation’s largest retailers and manufacturers and serves as the national discovery coordinator for a Fortune 500 automotive parts distributor in asbestos litigation.
